Heart of Georgia Transition Alliance Community Forum on Transition Services

The Heart of Georgia Transition Alliance will host a community forum on transition services for individuals with disabilities on January 21, 2022. Participating agencies will provide information on their services and supports. Presenters include representatives from Parent to Parent of Georgia, Children's Medical Services, Goodwill Industries, and other organizations. There is no registration.
