Heart of Georgia Transition Alliance Meeting

The Heart of Georgia Transition Alliance works to improve transition services for students with disabilities.  If you are an organization providing services to individuals with disabilities, an employer who hires or is interested in hiring individuals with disabilities, college or university personnel, a parent of a child with a disability, school district personnel, or looking for an outlet to give back, join us as we work to improve transition services and post-school outcomes for individuals with disabilities.
